We can help with setting up your computer, your Internet service and connections to allow BBC Iplayer etc on your set top box or Smart TV. Maintenance of your system or computer can be carried out anywhere in the world, using our remote control system. We can also monitor your CCTV service remotely and administer any changes that you would like made.

Home visits are possible and out charges are simple - £75 for up to 1 1/2 hours on site plus £35 for each hour or part thereafter. If your computer is brought in to our workshop, the cost is £35 per hour. We can give an idea of likely cost once we see the problem. There is no charge for the initial inspection IN THE WORKSHOP. Charges are capped at a realistic level, you will not get a bill of £100 if the computer is worth less than that! Select "Home visit" in the price list and contact us for a convenient appointment.
