RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
a.If you wish to return goods purchased from Easycontrolgear.co.uk you have a full 7 days to do so. The goods must be in an unopened state and in full working order. All returns wll be subject to a 15% handling charge. All goods will only be accepted back with prior written permission and a valid returns number.
b. If you recieve your order and any of the items are found to be faulty then we must be informed in writing with 28 days. The item(s) will then be returned to the manufacturer for testing. If the goods are then found to be faulty we will offer a full refund. All goods will only be accepted back with prior written permission and a valid returns number.
c.Where written confirmation is required either a letter or email is acceptable.
d. If an item is ordered in genuine error please contact us asap. If the item has not already been sent out for delivery, we will endeavour to refund the costs of any items minus our own costs. These will comprise of our card processing fees and our refund costs. These will be set by the customers chosen payment portal and can be detailed on request.
DELIVERY
*PLEASE NOTE - WE CURRENTLY ONLY DELIVER WITHIN THE UNITED KINGDOM. IF YOU REQUIRE DELIVERY TO EUROPE, INCLUDING N. IRELAND OR THE REST OF THE WORLD, THEN PLEASE EMAIL US WITH YOUR REQUIREMENTS AND WE WILL SEND YOU DETAILS OF THE COSTS INVOLVED
1. If you select our Courier delivery option then your goods will be dispatched by courier on an overnight delivery. Your goods should arrive by 6.30 the following day. Again if your order is placed after 2.30pm then you should expect your order to be dispatched the next working day. Please see below for disclaimer.
2. If your goods do not arrive by the estimated time, as laid out in this paragraph, then please contact us either by email at sales@easycontrolgear.co.uk or by phone on 01622 205540. Please have all the relevant order information available for us.
3. If you have specific delivery requirements that are not listed in the online options, please contact us either by email at sales@easycontrolgear.co.uk or by phone on 01622 205540. We will always try our best to accommodate your requirements.
4. Easycontrolgear will always attempt to deliver your order within the times laid out in the customer information page. However, due to events beyond our control, on occasion delivery of goods may be delayed. In this event easycontrolgear.co.uk can not be held responsible and will not in any way pay compensation.
If the items you order are not in stock we will endevour to inform you ASAP. If you do not wish to wait the specified lead time then you will be offered a either an alternative or a refund. The lead times we offer are estimates from the manufacturers and will sometimes change. If a lead time is increased, this is beyond our control and we will in no way pay compensation.
During postal strikes, adverse weather conditions or natural disasters we Strongly suggest that you select the Courier Delivery option. We can not be held responsible if you select Standard Delivery and your goods are delayed or do not arrive.
