What is Reiki?
For those of you that are not familiar with Reiki, the word is Japanese and means Universal Life Force Energy. Reiki is “The Secret Art of Happiness”.
It is a type of healing that is completely unconditional. It is a powerful, yet simple form of hands on healingfor yourself and others, and may also be used for distance healing and as an effective self development tool. Reiki continues to be passed on through generations from Master to Student by means of attunements. Every attunement will be a unique experience for each individual.

Reiki Treatments £40
Reiki treatments are simple and gentle healing techniques.  Reiki healing energy can help to heal many physical  symptoms, as well as emotional problems and stresses.. It can have a profound effect on your general health and well being. Reiki works to bring about balance within the whole person. Lyn Palmer, an experienced Reiki Master/Practitioner, carries out Reiki Treatments at her Practice in Colney Street, (between Radlett and St Albans) and at The Crystal Healer in St Albans, both in a safe environment.  There is free parking available a the rear of the the practice which is on ground floor level. The sessions last for about an hour and cost £40.

Reiki 1
2-day course with Lyn Palmer
Reiki First Degree introduces and attunes you to the flow of the healing system of Reiki to heal yourself, others, and your surroundings within the present moment. It will also lead you on the next step of your own personal path of growth and development. The Reiki energy becomes a wonderful foundation for all that you practice in life. Reiki is not a religion; there is no creed or dogma involved.

Reiki 2
2 day course with Lyn Palmer
In Reiki first Degree you learn about the Universal Energy and its application. At Reiki Second Degree level you are attuned to and learn how to apply the ancient and powerful symbols that enhance your healing, personal development and allow you to facilitate absent healing, along with applying the energies to everything within your life, from your surroundings to all that you consume. Reiki second Degree teaches you how to work with the past, present and future.

Crystal Reiki
1 day course with Philip Permutt & Lyn Palmer
Crystals have a natural energy, which both blends with and enhances Reiki. The crystal and Reiki energies are very similar. This workshop provides a comprehensive introduction to crystals through a basic chakra system and how combining crystals with Reiki will enhance your practice. A practical hands on day with techniques for self-healing and treating others, along with an attunement. We will also work with a very special pendulum energy that works specifically with your Reiki healing energies. This course is open to anyone who has achieved any level of Reiki from 1st degree to Masters, anyone who is Reiki Two or above will be gifted symbols.

Reiki Masters
4 day course by arrangement with Lyn Palmer or Philip Permutt
This is a course that will immeasurably add power to your healing skills and give a new insight and purpose to your life. A life enhancing course! 

The next step on your Masters path. You will learn how to attune others to Reiki and have the fullest understanding possible of Reiki and how it works on all levels. You are shown new magical healing techniques such as Healing Attunements which can be used with your clients. Throughout your Master training there are many exercises to boost your personal development on any level you choose. This course also teaches you how to confidently teach Reiki at all levels to students.

This course is by special arrangement and interview only. Teaching usually lasts 4 days - one day per week for four weeks.
