way or sometimes just saying things, getting things off your chest and telling people how you really fee. My name is Philip

he’s a blue crystal and kyanite works wonderfully well with a throat chakra. So here in the throat. And sometimes when you

find it difficult to express yourself it's because you've got a choking feeling coming up from your, your stomach or from your

heart and it doesn't come out of your throat, you stop yourself speaking. Kyanite is a wonderful, wonderful crystal to help

this. So simply carry it with you when you feel that you want to say something and you're having difficulty just take it out

your pocket, hold it, give it a rub, or you can even hold it in your pocket no one needs to know. You can wear them as

jewellery. You can put them by your bed at night or under your pillow, keep them around you, keep them where you work.

This is the personal story of one of my clients and students Kerry Gavin. She wants to share it hoping it will help others and she's posted it on Facebook for all to see who know her.

I'd like to share with you my story about Crystal Healing has been helping me. Most therapists know that unless we look after ourselves properly we can't help others, but sometimes I think we're so intent to help others we do forget about ourselves. I will try and keep this short... so as not to bore you, but I really hope by sharing this it will help some of you.

For nearly 2 years now I have been suffering from acid reflux. If any of you have had it it's blimmin awful. The biggest part for me was severe chest pains, sometimes so bad I could have sworn I had a heart attack. After nearly a year of trying all different meds, but still in so much pain I went to see a Kinesiologist. Amazing lady she was and I'd recommend her to anyone. After numerous testing's she found I had many food intolerances and I suffered with Candida which was passed down from birth. I had to change some of the foods I ate, take some medication for two months and use some cream and all would be cured. Well after a month I felt amazing so decided I didn't need anymore of the med... stupid I know, but I do know best...well not in this case, because the pain came back with a vengeance. So after sometime of suffering again I decided to restart the meds she'd prescribed, this time completing the full 2 months. Amazing I felt at the end of it, but sadly, gradually after a short period I had the chest pains again a real ache between my breastbone and over my right side. Although I know heart attack pain is generally on the left side there were times at night where the pain was so bad I feared I wouldn't wake up.

So what next, well Philip Permutt the Crystal Healer came next. I have been seeing him for the past few weeks and it's now safe to say I am cured! I always felt that there was more to this and could it have been an emotional issue I was carrying around. I thought I was fine, I knew there had been things in my life which had caused much upset and trauma, but thought I had dealt with them. Well clearly not because I was living in pain everyday. I kept going, because I had to, everyday putting on a brave face as most of us do because we have to. But actually we don't have to and sometimes we just need to face the fact that we all need a little help at times. Crystal Healing, I do this, but could I sort this problem for myself? No because I was too close and in this instance I needed someone to help me. Well he has helped me so much and I can't believe that I am now completely pain free. When I asked him why and how has this happened to me now, he said more than likely because I am ready for it, I am ready to let go of some of the things that no longer serve me, all the heartache I have carried around with me for years. It's still there, but it's not stored inside me now causing me harm. It is all part of my life experience and although I can't ever forget these things I am not letting them affect me in this way anymore and CRYSTALS yes those lovely gorgeous coloured stones and the healing from Phillip has helped me release all this. And now I really honestly do feel so much better and it's so nice to have a day where I'm not in constant pain.

I'm sorry to have waffled on if any of you have got this far. One day this will all go in my book ;-) but I just wanted to share with you my experience and let you know that's it's ok to admit you need help. Why suffer alone. About to be released, my latest CD  The Little Spirit Guide Meditation Album. An amazing experience writing and recording this one. Guides wanting to join in and help, sometimes too much help being offered from the spirit world as I was writing. It's my first release since my severe illness last year.  I think all the helping hands from that experience wanted to join in and have some fun recording an album!

Recording the album was a friendly event with Llewellyn producing it and Niall mastering - that's all the technical stuff.  They are two of the best new age musicians around are also both technically as well as artistically talented. We've worked together on several albums which have all turned out great.

The recording day itself was a strange affair. Llewellyn picked me up because I'm still not well enough to drive, and drove me over to Paradise Music HQ, where we spent most of the day socialising,  catching up with each other and family things before we realised we should be recording an album! So another coffee, cheese on toast, and we're in the studio…

The album has a relaxing introduction followed by six short, 10 minute, guided meditations designed to help you find and communicate with your own spirit guides.
