Our Privacy Policy (DPA)

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and amendments).
We collect information about you for 2 reasons:
firstly, to process your order
secondly, to provide you with the best possible service.
We do not pass your details onto any other companies or third parties.

We do NOT collect your credit/debit card details. Your payment details are sent directly to the Payment Service Provider you select (WorldPay or PayPal) we never see them. Our Reference is the Transaction ID that you receive after placing your order.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct them promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy. If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.


This Web site uses etracker technology (www.etracker.com) to collect visitor behavior data. This data is collected anonymously to be used for marketing and optimisation purposes. All visitor data is saved using an anonymous user ID to aggregate a usage profile. Cookies may be used to collect and save this data, but the data remains strictly anonymous. Any questions we are asked by email or telephone may be added to the forum as coming from "A. Customer". These will remain anonymous and no identifing data will be used. If you don't want a question published you should let us know this when you ask it.

When clicking a social media button such as Facebook, Twitter, etc. data are sent to the relevant supplier Facebook, Twitter etc..
