Terms and Conditions

General No order will be deemed to constitute a contract of sale irrespective of the manner of its transmission to the Seller until the Goods are despatched by the Seller.

Prices
All prices displayed are in £ Sterling (GB Pounds) and include VAT. If you wish to convert these prices to another currency we suggest you use a currency converter of your choice, there are many availble with a Google search. We take no responsibility for the accuracy of any conversion to other currencies. We will charge your card in £ Sterling (GB Pounds) and your card issuer will convert the transaction to your own currency on the day they process the transaction. This may not be the same rate as shown on any currency converter.

The price payable shall be that displayed at the time of ordering. Delivery charges are calculated on weight and are clearly shown in your shopping basket throughout your visit.

Delivery 
The Seller shall not be held liable for any losses, expenses or consequential loss incurred by the Buyer or any other person or company however arising whether directly or indirectly out of a failure to meet an estimated delivery date. We try to dispatch orders within 24 hours however this is not always possible. Our Standard Delivery period to the UK is 7 days from time of order. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of all orders.

Delivery Charges
The Crystal Healer uses Royal Mail delivery for packages up to 2kg, our delivery charges are calculated from their standard rates plus Packaging charges all included in the delivery cost to you. Packages over 2kg are sent by carrier. Combined shipping costs available for multiple orders. All overseas delivery is by air mail or carrier depending on the weight of the parcel. Minimum UK delivery charge is £4.74 all other charges are based on weight costings.

If you require Next Day Delivery, Special Delivery or insurance please email for a quote, All express services include insurance. All deliveries use a signed for or tracked service - you or someone else will need to sign for the package on delivery.
The UK, Europe, USA and Australia/New Zealand are fully integrated into our shopping cart. For all other destinations please select "Rest of the World" which has been grouped within the system also.

Payment

Payment by cash, cheque, credit or debit card is due at the time of order.
If any payment or part thereof is not received by the Seller by the due date, the Seller shall be entitled to charge interest on the outstanding amount at the rate of 2% per calendar month.
Goods remain the property of The Crystal Healer until paid for in full.

Natural Products All our crystal and minerals and crystal and mineral products are natural or made from natural materials. Mineral inclusions and natural markings within and on such materials does not constitute a fault. We have either generic photographs which try to show the range of possibilities within a product or Individual photographs of the specific item being sold. This is clearly explained in each product's description.

Colour Reproduction - Please note that we try our hardest to reproduce the colours of the items exactly. However, this is not always possible as different browsers and computer screens reproduce colours differently and therefore the colours may differ slightly. If you are unhappy with your item when you received it then we will gladly replace or refund your money on receipt of the returned item.

All crystals and other items are sold singularly except where specifically stated on the actual item description such as Pack of 7 or 1/2 kg. Photographs of several crystals do not imply that you will recive more than one but are to show the natural variation in the product only.

Returns policy

The Crystal Healer is only happy if our customer is happy. Therefore we go far beyond the legal requirements and offer a 100% no quibble guarantee. If you're unhappy for any reason you can return any item without reason within 14 days for an exchange, credit or refund. All we ask is that you return the item to us in a suitable state for us to resell. You need to pay return postage and you are responsible for packaging and returning the item undamaged. If you need to return an item after 14 days and within one year of purchase please contact us. Products sold by thecrystalhealer.co.uk are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year. Please note we cannot accept responsibility for damage resulting from misuse.

Consumer Rights Directive - You also have a Right to Cancel as of 13th June 2014 If a customer wishes to use their right to cancel, they must inform us of this fact within 14 days. You must pay return postage and you are responsible for the packaging and safe delivery to us. Any refund will be for the goods ordered and basic delivery. We will not be responsible for a refund of optional delivery charges such as express delivery.

Faulty items can be returned for replacement or a full refund. Any unopened and unused item can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Returned items will be checked and if found to be used or opened no refund will be given and a charge to re-post will be made. In this circumstance thecrystalhealer.co.uk will not be responsible for any return costs. You must notify in writing within 14 days of receipt of goods if you wish to return part or all of your order. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of goods. Any packed quantity (e.g. 1/2kg tumble stones) can only be returned in full, part replacement will not be considered.

Any goods returned after the 14 day period will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. We must be able to resell goods in as 'new condition'. Any goods where packaging has been damaged and therefore rendered non-resalable will not be refunded unless the item is faulty. Please make sure you have purchased the correct item for your needs before opening any packaging. If you received damaged goods you must retain the packaging for possible inspection by the carriers. This does not restrict your rights under the Consumer Rights Directive.

Damaged Returns -The Buyer is responsible for adequate safe packing of any returned goods. The Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying damage to returned goods where such damage has in the opinion of thecrystalhealer.co.uk been caused by the goods being inadequately packaged by the Buyer.
 

Courses and workshops - In the unlikely event that we cancel a course or workshop we will either transfer you to another course of your choice or refund your full payment. If you choose to cancel a booking for any reason then we will transfer your full payment to the next available suitable course or workshop. If  you request we can refund your payment less our costs involved in processing the payment. This is usually 3% of the value plus £2 (this covers our charges for Worldpay/PayPal and Streamline). 
 

Legal Liability

The contracts from the sales of goods by thecrystalhealer.co.uk shall be subject to and governed by English law.
Liability of thecrystalhealer.co.uk and Philip Permutt shall in no circumstance exceed the original value of the price charged for the goods. thecrystalhealer.co.uk cannot accept liability for injury or negative consequences of using the products it sells.

Disclaimer

All Crystal Associations, Healing uses, Magical uses and Metaphysical Definitions are provided as a means to Educate the user, and do not imply a Guarantee of effect. Acceptance of terms
